Susan E. Sheskey is senior vice president and chief information officer for Dell Inc., where she is responsible for Dell's global information systems and technology infrastructure. Before becoming CIO in August 2005, Ms. Sheskey was Dell's vice president of information technology for the Americas Region, where she had responsibility for the development, deployment, and support of Dell’s global sales, services, manufacturing and fulfillment systems.
