Susannah Heschel (born 15 May 1952) holds the Eli Black Chair in Jewish Studies and serves as associate professor in the Department of Religion at Dartmouth College. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and has taught at Southern Methodist University and Case Western Reserve University before joining the faculty at Dartmouth in the fall of 1998.
