| Susanne Kohout is President of CIBA Vision’s Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region since April 2007. Ms Kohout has been with Novartis for eleven years holding positions of increased responsibility. Ms. Kohout joined Novartis in 1996 when she became Head of Germany for Zyma, the OTC business of Ciba-Geigy. In this position, she lead the merger efforts between Ciba and Sandoz Selfmedication into Novartis Consumer Health. cibavision
