Teresa Kern was raised near Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From an early age she maintained a keen interest in the Dairy State's political pulse. While studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Teresa majored in Political Science and Cultural Anthropology and also earned a Certificate in European Studies.
