Teresa Schlachter is a certified Level 4 coach and a recent graduate of the National Coaching Institute Calgary. She has been the general manager of Bobsleigh Canada Skeleton since 2002 and has coached at the World Championships since 2002, producing several world champions as well as bronze and silver medallists.
