Terri Treas (born July 19, 1957 in Kansas City, Kansas, USA) is an American actress, writer and director. She has starred in films and on television. Terri is best known for her role as the newcomer Cathy Frankel on the Fox Network short lived science fiction series "Alien Nation" from 1989-1990, though the series was cancelled in 1990, Fox brought back "Alien Nation" in 5 TV movies.
