Me, not much to say really, Nothing matters more to me than my friends and family. I'm a pretty solitary guy, northern vermont really does suit my personality. I've been working in the restaurant industry for a couple of years. I just Started a three and a half year culinary apprenticeship at the Balsams Grand Resort in Northern New Hampshire.
