Thomas Teah Tapeh (pronounced "TUH-PEH") (born March 28, 1980 in Monrovia, Liberia) is a National Football League fullback for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was a 5th round draft selection by the Eagles in 2004. He played college football at the University of Minnesota.
