Todd Sand (born October 30, 1963 in Burbank, California, USA) is an American pairs figure skater. He won the bronze medal at the 1991 World Figure Skating Championship with partner Natasha Kuchiki. He began skating with his future wife Jenni Meno in April 1992. They partnered to compete in two Olympics and win three national titles and three medals at the World Championships.
