Thomas R. "Tom" Flores (born March 21, 1937 in Fresno, California) is a retired Mexican-American football quarterback and coach. Flores and Mike Ditka are the only two people to win Super Bowls as a player, an assistant coach and a head coach. He is currently a radio announcer. Wikipedia
