Tom Gilb (born 1940 in Pasadena, California) is an American systems engineer and author of 9 books and has at least 4 more drafted. He is currently a consultant, teacher and author, in partnership with his Norwegian son Kai Gilb. He mainly helps multinational clients improve their organizations and methods by using evolutionary systems delivery ("Evo").
