Tom Kulczewski Director, Stadium Operations Tom Kulczewski begins his tenth season in professional baseball after having served as Director of Stadium Operations with the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers (A, Midwest League) the past four campaigns. Prior to that, the native of Monmouth, IL, spent 2002 working at the Oakland Athletics Spring Training Facility in Phoenix, AZ.
