Thomas "Tom" Warburton (born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American animator. He is sometimes credited as Mr. Warburton. Warburton was raised in the Philadelphia area. He attended Kutztown University before relocating to New York City to pursue a career in animation. Warburton is the creator of two animated series for Cartoon Network: "Kenny and the Chimp" (1999) and "Codename: Kids Next Door" (2002). Wikipedia
