Thomas Frank Manville, Jr., universally known as Tommy Manville (April 9, 1894 - October 9, 1967), was a Manhattan socialite and heir to the Johns-Manville asbestos fortune. He was a minor popular celebrity in the mid 20th Century, by virtue of his having married 13 times (to 11 different women). This feat won him an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records, and made him the subject of japes and smirking winks from comedians and scorn from bluestockings.
