Tony Eion Brown (born January 17, 1975 in Balclutha, New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer, playing mainly at first five-eighth (fly half). Brown early life was spent in the South Otago towns of Balclutha and Kaitangata, New Zealand, but he moved to Dunedin during his high school years, attending King's High School and playing for Harbour Rugby Club.
