Jasper Tsang Yok-sing <small>GBS JP</small> (Chinese: 曾鈺成) (born 1947 in Guangzhou, Guangdong with family root in Shunde, Guangdong) is the founding Chairman (1992-2003) of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong (DAB), the largest pro-Beijing political party in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
