Dr. Tsui has a vast wealth of marine engineering experience spanning over 40 years. His experience encompasses ship design and construction, surveys and safety of ships, examinations and certification for seafarers to IMO matters, port management and maritime administration. Dr. Tsui was the Director of the Hong Kong Marine Department from 1998 to 2006. He is a Chartered Engineer with an Extra First Class Engineer Certificate and an MBA degree. interferry
