Ty Burrell, (born August 22, 1967 in Grants Pass, Oregon), is an American film and television actor. He was recently cast as Oliver Barnes, a shallow but well-meaning plastic surgeon, on the CBS sitcom "Out of Practice". After that show's cancellation, he played Allan Arbus in the film "Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus". He is cast in the upcoming TV series Lipshitz Saves the World. Wikipedia
