Tyler Colie Willis is a beauty queen from Brownfield, Texas who has competed in the Miss USA pageant. Willis won the Miss Texas USA 2005 title in a state pageant held in Laredo, Texas in June 2004. Competing against 128 other contestants as Miss Central Plains, Willis also won the Miss Congeniality title during the event. Her second runner-up was Lauren Lanning, who would win the title the following year. This was Willis's fourth attempt at winning the title. Wikipedia
