Vince Gaffney Professor Gaffney is Chair in Landscape Archaeology and Geomatics in the IAA at Birmingham. Research interests include , GIS and computer -based applications in archaeology. He has sat on a number of academic and advisory committees including the Archaeology Data Service management team (Chair of Aerial Photography and Remote Sensing sub-committee).
