Father Vincent Ribeton is the regional superior of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter in France, one of the largest missions for the fraternity. A Frenchman from the Basque Country, he holds a notarial master in civil law and has studied theology at the St. Peter International Seminary in Wigratzbad (Bavaria, Germany) as well as at the ISTA of Toulouse (France).
