Vinson Filyaw is a 37-year-old, unemployed construction worker accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old of Lugoff, South Carolina, on September 6th 2006 and holding her captive in an underground bunker that he had constructed in order to elude police who were seeking to arrest him on a charge of raping his girlfriend's daughter.
