Virbhadra Singh is the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, India. He has held office since March 6 2003. He also served in that position from 1983 to 1990 and from 1993 to 1998. He is a member of the Indian National Congress. He is the son of Raja Sir Padam Singh. He was born at Sarahan, Shimla on 23 June, 1934. He has a B.A. (Hons) and an M.A. He studied at Bishop Cotton School, Shimla and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He was also an honorary captain in the Indian Army. Wikipedia
