Karen Duncan was Marketing and Resource Development Director for Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield, Inc. prior to taking office in January 2006. She also coordinated the partnership's Cultivating Neighborhoods initiative, which enhances the landscapes of contiguous front yards in targeted neighborhoods in Springfield. Karen graduated from Wittenberg University in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. ci.springfield.oh.us
