Wendell E. Hulcher (November 3, 1922-May 6, 1999) was a businessman, politician, and government bureaucrat. He served as mayor of Ann Arbor, Michigan from 1965 to 1969. Hulcher served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. During the early 1950s, he was employed as a consultant for McKinsey & Company, before taking a job as a manager at Ford Motor Company, which he held from 1954 to 1967.
