Wenlan Chia(賈雯蘭), designer of Twinkle by Wenlan. Born in Taipei. Moved to New York in 1991. Started a popular line Twinkle by Wenlan in 2000. With BA in Sociology and MA in Art History, She was never formally trained in fashion design. She often found her insipiration in literature, movies, and modern arts and contemporary arts.
