Werner Grothmann, German Nazi functionary. Born in Frankfurt am Main. He was an accounting officer until 1933 and became a member of the Schutzstaffel or SS. During late 30s he became an "SS - Leibstandarte," commanding the "Deutsches SS Standarten" in Muenchen, Germany.
