Wilfrid Lawson (born January 14, 1900 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England, died October 10, 1966, in London) was a British character actor. His most celebrated role was as dustman Alfred P. Doolittle in the 1938 film version of Shaw's "Pygmalion", the role later played by Stanley Holloway in the musical "My Fair Lady" (1964).
