WILLIAM A. STOREY - (JUDGE MEMBER) has been a Circuit Judge in the Fourth Judicial Circuit since 1991. He was a Circuit/Chancery Judge in the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Judicial Division from 1989 - 1991. Judge Storey is a 1965 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.A. in history and government. He received his law degree from the University of Arkansas Law School in Fayetteville in 1968.
