William Drypolcher , Founder and President Owner and founder of Zephyr Real Estate, Bill became a Realtor Broker in 1975 and founded the company in 1978. Named “Realtor of the Year” in 1986, Bill served as President of the SFAR (San Francisco Association of Realtors) in 1987. He also served on the Mayor’s Housing Task Force and was a Commissioner of the San Francisco Housing Authority from 1990 – 1993.
