William Finley (b. September 20, 1942 in New York City), is an American actor that has been in such movies as "Silent Rage", "Phantom of the Paradise", "Sisters", and "The Wedding Party". He often worked with Brian De Palma. After several years offscreen, he is due to appear in De Palma's adaptation of "The Black Dahlia".
