William James Paul Fleming, was a member (volunteer) in the Derry Brigade of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA) from the predominantly Protestant "Top Of The Hill" area in Waterside, Derry, Northern Ireland. Fleming was killed along with Danny Doherty after they were ambushed by SAS operatives from the British Army close to his home in December 1984. Wikipedia
