William Charles Montague Gummow (1942) AC QC is a Justice of the High Court of Australia, the highest court in the Australian court hierarchy. He was appointed to the High Court of Australia in April 1995. At that time he was a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia. He had held that office since 1986.
