William Henry Clark was a Bishop of the Free Methodist Church, elected in 1919. He was born 8 April 1854 in Racine, Wisconsin. He was convereted to the Christian faith at the age of nineteen, under the pointed challenge of the Rev. Moses Downing during revival services at Alton, New York. William entered the ministry of the Susquehanna Annual Conference in 1876. During his career, William served as a Pastor and a District Elder. Wikipedia
