William Marvin (April 14, 1808 - July 9, 1902) born at Fairfield, New York, was the seventh governor of Florida. Marvin was practicing law at Phelps, New York when United States President Andrew Johnson appointed him as U.S. district attorney at Key West. He was appointed governor on July 13, 1865 by President Andrew Johnson to reestablish the government of the state after the end of the American Civil War.
