William Prather Curlin, Jr. (born November 30, 1933) is a U.S. Representative from Kentucky. Born in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, Curlin graduated from Frankfort High School. A.B., University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky, 1958. LL.B., University of Kentucky, Lexington, Kentucky, 1962. U.S. Army from 1955 to 1957. He was a lawyer in private practice. Attorney and assistant commissioner, Kentucky Department of Revenue from 1962 to 1964.
