William R. Breetz
Bill Breetz has been the President and Executive Director of the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, Inc. (“CULI”) at the University of Connecticut School of Law since 1997. CULI provides a “service-learning” practice seminar, “Building Urban Communities”, to law students while advising community-based nonprofit groups in Hartford and Waterbury on economic development issues. Professor Breetz came to the Law School after receiving his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1963 and his LL. law.uconn.edu
