Dr. Wei came to HMDC in May, 1995, from the Data Coordinating Center of School of Public Health, Boston University, where he was a Senior Research Analyst and System Administrator. Before BU, he was a post-doctoral fellow at MIT after earning a Ph.D. in Marine Studies from University of Delaware gking.harvard.edu
