Winifred Ada Todhunter was an educator, translator and founder of the Todhunter School for girls in New York City. A graduate of Oxford University she translated the "Works of Voltaire" including "Voltaire's History of Charles XII, King of Sweden", "Scandinavia Since 1500" by Byron J Nordstrøm and other books in the first decade of the 20th century.
