Kimberly Bane Hynes is a Member in the Health Law Practice Group, where she handles a variety of litigation, regulatory and transactional matters, including the structuring of integrated delivery systems and physician contracting. Additionally, she handles issues relating to Medicare fraud and abuse law, Stark and federal Anti-Kickback law, Medicare reimbursement, compliance issues, and general health care matters.

Hi, I'm Kim, I like to have a good time hanging out at home with a good movie, but i also like going out. I'm a big sports fan. and love going to games. I've played softball my whole life. Music is another big part of who I am. I play guitar for a worship team. My faith is the most important part of my life. i've worked at several churches and love to volunteer. I am currently going to school for massage therapy, hoping to own my own business soon.
