Sheila Stephenson Group Home Director Sheila joined the staff of CFLC in 1989 as a child care worker for our 20-bed girls facility known as the Hemet Ranch. She has held progressively responsible positions during her tenure at CFLC including facility supervision of our six-bed group homes and now Director of group homes for our entire residential treatment program serving 44 highly at-risk boys and girls.

Sheila Stephenson Sheila Stephenson is a graduate of Missouri Valley College with a BS in Social Work. She has worked in a variety of capacities at Butterfield Youth Services since 1986. She started as a Childcare Counselor and later became a Childcare Supervisor. From 1999 to 2005 Sheila served as BYS Director of Childcare services, and she now supervises and manages Butterfield's Therapeutic Foster Care and Independent Living Programs.
