Alwyn Davey (born 15 May, 1984) is an Australian rules footballer for the Essendon Football Club of the Australian Football League. Drafted by the Bombers in the 3rd round of the 2006 AFL Draft from South Adelaide, Davey made his AFL debut in the opening round of the 2007 season, and has played in every game until Round 14. He has featured several times amongst the Bombers' best including an outstanding ANZAC Day match.

James Albert Hird (born February 4, 1973) is an Australian rules footballer, formerly the captain of the Essendon Football Club. A versatile player who can play in a key forward position, a midfielder or as a sweeper in defence, he is generally considered to be one of the best and most fearless modern player in the game of Australian rules football, and one of the greatest players of all time.

Lenny Hayes (born 14 January, 1980) is an Australian rules footballer. Originally from Sydney in New South Wales, Hayes was recruited from the Pennant Hills Demons AFC by St Kilda in the 1998 AFL Draft. He is a highly-skilled, classy midfielder. Coach Grant Thomas named Hayes as captain for the 2004 season, as part of St Kilda's policy of rotating the captaincy to a different player each season.

Brock "Chooka" McLean is an Australian rules footballer playing for the AFL’s Melbourne Football Club. Lindsay Thomas (born February 28, 1988) is an Australian rules footballer for the AFL's North Melbourne Football Club. Drafted by the Kangaroos in the 4th round of the 2006 AFL Draft from the Port Adelaide Magpies, Thomas made impressive performance by kicking 4 goals in his first pre-season game against Collingwood in the NAB Cup at Carrara Oval. Thomas made his AFL debut in Round 1 of the 2007 season, scored no goals but five behinds in a loss against Collingwood.

Hansen was born in Victoria, Australia and was educated at Mazenod College. He wears number 29. Jayden Attard (born February 27, 1986) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League. He was recruited as the number 50 draft pick in the 2004 AFL Draft from West Adelaide. He made his debut for the Brisbane Lions in Round 4, 2005 against Hawthorn. He is also of Maltese descent. Attard was delisted by the Lions at the end of season 2006. Attard was then drafted as a rookie by the St Kilda Football Club in the 2006 AFL Rookie Draft.

Mark Nicoski (born November 24, 1983) is a professional Australian rules footballer who plays for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League. He will wear the number 6 gurnsey as of the start of the 2007 AFL season, after wearing number 31 throughout his early career with the Eagles. Cathal Corr (born November 1, 1987 in Ireland) is an Australian rules footballer with the Coburg Tigers in the Victorian Football League. Corr was born in Ireland and moved to Australia at the age of 10. He took up Australian rules football, playing with the Macleod Junior Football Club and then played under-18s football in the TAC Cup with the Northern Knights. In the 2005 AFL Rookie Draft, Corr was selected to be on the rookie list of the St Kilda Football Club for 2006.
