Shantanu Bhagwat Shantanu is the business development partner (Asia) for Amadeus Capital Partners Limited. Shantanu joined the firm in 2001 but since January 2005 he has focused on supporting the efforts of Amadeus’ portfolio companies doing business in Asia, while also exploring the possibilities for establishing strategic venture capital partnerships in the area. At Amadeus, Shantanu has made his mark by shepherding a number of important investments for the firm.

Roy Merritt Roy is a partner at Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, where he specialises in the telecommunications and business services industries. Roy joined Amadeus as a director in May 2005, since then he has made investments in End2End, and Nomad Holdings. He also sits on the board of Aggregator Ltd.

Andrea Traversone is a member of the Board and Investment Manager at Amadeus Capital Partners. He joined Amadeus in 1998 and has worked on Traversone joined Villa Playa Dorada S.A. in San Jose, Costa Rica, and Miami, Florida in 1993 and worked there until 1997 in a number of roles from auditor, financial controller, marketing and sales director and finally Executive Vice Chairman in charge of all operations, finance and development.

Pat Burtis Pat is an associate with Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, focusing on the Cleantech sector. Pat joined Amadeus in 2006 through the prestigious Kauffman Fellows program, run by the US-based Center for Venture Education. As part of his Kauffman Fellowship, Pat holds a faculty position at Imperial College, London, and will draw on Imperial’s Energy Futures Lab to develop and execute Amadeus’ investment strategy in Cleantech.

Anne Glover has been a director since 1996. She is co-founder and Chief Executive of Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, a UK-based venture capital fund. Her background in venture capital includes positions with Apax Partners & Company Ventures and later Calderstone Capital. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer with the Virtuality Group plc and has worked with Cummins Engine and Bain & Co in Boston.
