Example: Paco Allen is a detail-oriented strategist who watches the books with an all-seeing eye and also an another all-seeing eye that keeps track of things the first eye might have missed. There's a lot of pressure on the first eye and Paco takes that into account. He's the kind of manager that perceives when the first eye might be slipping a little and then calls in the second eye as a sort of cavalry for the first eye.
