    Lois Utz (January 4, 1932–November 12, 1986; Paterson, NJ) was an American children’s book author, illustrator, poet, and artist. For most of her life, Utz resided in Little Falls, New Jersey. She received her Associate degree in Fine Arts from the Art Students League, New York. Utz wrote a poetry column for the "Paterson Morning Call" and published in literary anthologies nationally. In 1962, she had a daughter, Heidi Utz.

    Bill began to show his work to get some public response. He was a runner up for, but did not win, the young talent award from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art when he was 35. At Expo 1998 at the L.A. Convention Center, he was chosen as one of the cutting edge artists. And in January of 1990, he had a commissioned installation with two other artists, Edward Goldstein and Lauralee Coles, at the Union Gallery at the University of Arizona.

Ms. Parrish has been a nurse for over 30 years and has been teaching in the health occupations field for over 20 of those years.

A large part of his career was spent as co-owner of companies including structural steel fabrication and erecting as well as sheet metal, overhead crane and fiberglass manufacturing.

    Dr. Barbara Cordell will be making a presentation at the 2004 Annual N-OADN Convention (National Organization of Associate Degree Nursing) in Albuquerque, NM on November 12-14, 2004. Her presentation is entitled Funding Collaborative Ventures for Retention: ADN & BSN Programs Working Together. Panola College is part of a consortium in East Texas exploring creative ways to address the nursing shortage.

    Dr. William A. Wojciechowski is president of Pratt Community College and has held that position since March 1989. Prior to assuming the presidency, Dr. Wojciechowski had a distinguished career, spanning 28 years in the U.S. Air Force. During his Air Force career, Dr. Wojciechowski served in a number of key staff and command positions in education and technical training.

  34. Sharon J. Tanner

    Dr. Tanner holds a doctorate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Administration and Policy Studies in Higher Education with a concentration in assessment and evaluation. She also holds a master’s in nursing with concentrations in primary and secondary care in Maternal-Child Nursing and Women’s Health. Her primary research focus has been related to accountability policies and practices in higher education.

  35. Connie Barbour

    Connie Barbour , Marketing/Advertising Manager Connie has been involved in agriculture all of her life, coming from a 1,000 acre farm family in Clay Center, Kansas, where they raised crops and Hereford/Angus cross cattle. She received an associate degree as a Veterinary Technician from Colby Community College, Colby, Kan. Connie then continued her education at Kansas State University (KSU), Manhattan, receiving an Animal Science and Industry degree with a business option.

  36. John Proudman

    John Proudman John Proudman was born in Boston, Massachusetts. A "city boy," his first experience with poultry came during high school when his oldest brother gave him a dozen Easter chicks that had outgrown their city apartment. Naively hoping for eggs, John raised the chicks in the suburbs and enjoyed the experience, if not the eggs. Undeterred, he purchased chicks and started a thriving egg business, selling all the birds could produce to his father's co-workers in Boston.
