- Sigi Schmid
Siegfried "Sigi" Schmid is a soccer coach who currently heads the Columbus Crew. Schmid moved from Germany to Torrance, California in 1962. He received a B.S. in economics from UCLA in 1976, and an M.A in Business Administration from USC. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He played (and started) in midfield at UCLA between 1972 and 1975. He was an assistant coach at UCLA in 1977 and 1979, before becoming head of the program in 1980.

Jervis Drummond Johnson (born September 8, 1976) is a Costa Rican football player, who currently plays defender for Deportivo Saprissa of the Costa Rican first division. He can also play as a defensive midfielder. Drummond has played his entire career for Saprissa. He has also been a frequent defender for the Costa Rica national football team, since making his debut September 25 1995 against Jamaica. As of the 2002 World Cup, Drummond had 38 caps with the Costa Rican team.
