  1. Mike Vanderjagt

    Michael "Mike" Vanderjagt (born March 24, 1970 in Oakville, Ontario), is a Canadian professional gridiron football placekicker who has played in both the Canadian Football League and National Football League. Currently a free agent, he most recently played with the Dallas Cowboys. He was once the most accurate field-goal kicker in NFL history (229 of 265, 86.4% as of November 20 2006).

  2. Jon Cornish

    Jon Cornish (born November 5, 1984 in New Westminster, British Columbia) is a football running back who currently plays for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. In his freshman and sophomore years at Kansas Cornish saw very limited playing time as he only got 3 carries for 8 yards. However, his junior year was his breakout season as he rushed for 780 yards. Following his junior season, Cornish was drafted in the Canadian Football League draft.

    Nathaniel Burleson (born August 29, 1981 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada) is an American football wide receiver currently playing for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He went to the University of Nevada, Reno, from which he was drafted in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. Nate is the younger brother of former Charlotte Bobcats guard Kevin Burleson.

    Bronislau "Bronko" Nagurski (November 3, 1908 - January 7, 1990) was an American football player of Ukrainian Canadian origin. He was also a famous professional wrestler, being one of the first football players to succeed as a professional wrestler. In professional wrestling, he was a multiple-time World Heavyweight Champion.

  5. Paul McCallum

    Paul McCallum (born January 7 1970 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a professional Canadian football player currently playing as a placekicker and punter for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL). McCallum played junior football with the Surrey Rams of the Canadian Junior Football League. He then travelled to Scotland to play professional soccer in the Scottish Third Division (his cousin, Brian O'Neill, is also a professional soccer player).

  6. Clifton Dawson

    Clifton Dawson (born October 8 1983) is a Canadian professional football running back for the Indianapolis Colts of the NFL and formerly for Harvard University. He is the all-time Ivy League career rushing leader with 4,841 yards. He was selected four times for 1st Team All-Ivy League. He is also the 8th player in NCAA Division I history to rush for over 1,000 yards a season 4 times. Dawson briefly attended Northwestern University before opting to transfer to Harvard.

  8. Steve Christie

    Geoffrey Stephen Christie (born November 13, 1967 in Hamilton, Ontario) was an NFL placekicker, who as a member of the Buffalo Bills became known for his ability to kick clutch field goals, even in poor weather. Christie, who grew up in nearby Oakville, Ontario, graduated from The College of William and Mary and made his NFL debut with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1990. He made all 27 extra point attempts and 23 of 27 field goal tries in his rookie season.

    Colin Anthony Cole (born June 24, 1980 in Toronto, Canada) is a Defensive Tackle for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. When he was only 3 years old he moved to Florida. He attended South Plantation High School, where he excelled in football and wrestling. He was named second-team all-state in football, and won the state wrestling title as a senior. He went to the University of Iowa on a football scholarship.

  10. Joe Krol

    Joe "King" Krol (born on February 20, 1919 in Hamilton, Ontario) was a Canadian Football League quarterback, running back, and placekicker/punter from 1942-1953 and 1955. Krol played collegiately at the University of Western Ontario. Krol won six Grey Cups, five with the Toronto Argonauts. His #55 jersey is one of only four that has been retired by the Boatmen. He was awarded the Lou Marsh Trophy as Canada's top athlete in 1946.
