Alec Eason (b. November 8 1887) was an Austrlian rules footballer for the Geelong Football Club. He played 150 games for the club between 1909 and 1921 as well as 12 games with Richmond in 1916 when Geelong were unable to compete due to World War I. He later coached Footscray for the 1929 season. Eason was a talented and hard-working player, nicknamed "Bunny" because of his speed. He had two fingers on his right hand missing, but this did not greatly affect his skill.

Lindsay White (January 5, 1922 -) was a forward for Geelong and South Melbourne during the 1940s and is regarded as one of the best forwards from that era. He was fast on the lead, was a strong overhead mark and possessed a long and accurate kick. He kicked 67 goals in 1941, his debut season for Geelong, but at the end of the year Geelong went into temporary recess due to travel restrictions during World War II and White transferred to South Melbourne.
