- Ron Toomer
Ronald Valentine Toomer (born 31 May 1930) is one of the prominent roller coaster designers in the world. He graduated from the University of Nevada with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was on the design team for the heat shield on the Apollo spacecraft. When he joined Arrow Dynamics, he was hired to work on the first all-steel roller coaster, Runaway Mine Ride. He worked for the firm Arrow Dynamics for many years before becoming its President in 1986.

Samuel Warner was a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Brothers film company. The other Warner brothers were Harry Warner (1881–1958), Albert Warner (1883–1967), and Jack L. Warner (1892–1978). Samuel Eichelbaum was born in Baltimore, Maryland, not long after the arrival of his Polish-Jewish parents in the US. In the early 1900s he worked as a movie projectionist at an amusement park and convinced Harry Warner of the new medium's possibilities.

George Arthur Boeckling (d. 1931) was the president of Cedar Fair, the company that owns many amusement parks, including Cedar Point. He is often credited for bringing Cedar Point out of the hole at the turn of the 20th century and making it extremely profitable. He died in 1931, only a couple of months after his retirement.
