Thomas Pöck, an NHL defenceman for the New York Rangers, was born in Klagenfurt, Austria. He was a star defenseman in the American college UMass. Pöck was never drafted in the NHL, but signed his first pro contract on March 23, 2004 with the New York Rangers. He currently wears #22. Gary Bromley (born January 19, 1950, in Edmonton, Alberta) is a former ice hockey Goaltender. He played in the National Hockey League with the Buffalo Sabres and Vancouver Canucks. He also played in the World Hockey Association with the Calgary Cowboys and Winnipeg Jets. In his NHL career, Bromley played in 136 games and accumulated a record of 54-44-28. In the WHA, he played in 67 games, with a record of 31-21-3.

Chris Holt (b. June 5, 1985 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is an American professional hockey goaltender for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League. The Rangers' eighth selection in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Holt was first called up from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL in December 2005 as backup to Henrik Lundqvist while starting goalie Kevin Weekes was injured.
